Boutique House - Colombo

Luxuries Boutique house constructed to cater the foreigner with modern rooms and are equipped with a DVD player and flat-screen TV. A minibar, tea/coffee-making facilities and personal safe are provided.

Guests can relax with a massage or head to the business center to do work. The resort has a tour desk and provides express check-in and check-out. Laundry services are available.

A selection of international cuisine is served in the rooftop restaurant, which also has room service.

This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. A 5-minute walk from the beautiful Negombo Beach, Gomez Place offers stylish air-conditioned rooms with a patio. This property has an outdoor swimming pool and provides free parking on site.

The Gomez is just 750 m from Negombo Railway Station and 900 m from Negombo Bus Stand. Bandaranaike International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Rooms are bathed in warm light, and are equipped with a sofa seating area. Included in all units are a TV, work desk and a private bathroom with shower facilities.

Guests can relax with a body massage, or take a stroll in the garden. Car rental and ticketing arrangements can be made at the on-site tour desk.

Waterland's tropical modern design features high ceilings, Zen-like bathrooms, and the widespread use of mahogany and teak.

Service further defines a stay at Waterland. With 9 full-time staff members, guests are well-looked after.

The villas may be rented individually or the entire estate may be rented for large groups. The entire estate can accommodate 14 people.
